Q There are two perspectives of, or approaches to, organizational culture. Identify which one best describes your workplace organization, or an organization in which you are a stakeholder, and why?
It has been learnt from this week’s module that there are two different approaches of organizational culture, which are pragmatist and purist approach. Pragmatist approach deals with managerial approach and it is more concerned with the performance and productivity of the employees. Nevertheless, the purist approach focuses more a researcher approach and prioritizes the intricacies of organizational landscape.
